How do i place an order?
  • Step 1. Search for the medication you need.
  • Step 2. Click on the ‘Add To Cart’ button for your desired medication.
  • Step 3. Click on ‘Continue Checkout’ to purchase your medication or repeat steps 1 & 2 to add another medication to your order.
  • Step 4. Create your account and follow the easy steps to complete your order.
  • You will receive an email to confirm your order and also a email to confirm your order has shipped.

Note: You can also continue as a guest.

How long does delivery take? and what's your policy on reshipment?

In putting our customer’s requirements above all else, springbaypharmacy.com only works with official reliable delivery services. We offer two types of delivery for all of our products:

US priority mail : 
Delivery time: 1 -2 working days at a cost of $25

Express Delivery Service : 
Delivery time: 4- 24 hours at a cost of $35

Please note that the delivery time should be calculated in working days and does not include weekends and international and local holidays. If your package does not arrive within a 30 day period, you may send us an inquiry for reshipment (For Express delivery services only).

Delivery services for reshipment shall be paid by the customer. There will be no reshipment on lost or delayed packages with the regular mail service for the reason that the customer has the opportunity to avail himself of express shipping with a tracking number. The choice for regular mail is at the buyer’s discretion and risk.

Can you import to my country?

Importation of prescription medication is legal in most countries (including the US, UK, France, Spain, Hong Kong, Japan and S. Korea) provided the medication is for personal use and is not a controlled substance. If you are in doubt about the situation in your country, please check with your local Post Office.

Do you have a refund policy?

No refund shall be allowed once package has been dispatched. In the event of a refund, money transfer charges shall be borne by the buyer. We work for your convenience.
